PARCEL & SELLER TOOL

Parcel volume & CBM calculator

Enter the outside length, width and height to see the parcel’s volume in cubic metres (CBM), litres, cubic feet and cubic centimetres.

How parcel volume is calculated

Multiply length × width × height using one measurement unit. The calculator converts the result to cubic metres (CBM), litres and cubic feet. Measure the packed parcel on the outside and use the same unit for all three sides.

When to use a CBM estimate

CBM is useful for planning storage and freight space. It is not a shipping quote: each carrier or freight service can apply its own dimensional-weight divisor, minimums, rounding and package rules.

For a parcel’s billable-weight estimate, use the chargeable-weight calculator. Your entries stay in this browser and are not uploaded by the calculator.

Using the estimate

Enter values that match your shipment and check the carrier’s or provider’s current terms. This calculator is a planning aid and does not fetch live rates.
